BEGES (GHG Emissions Assessment)

BEGES (Bilan d'Émissions de Gaz à Effet de Serre) is a mandatory regulatory assessment in France for certain organizations. Version 5, effective since 2023, structures emissions into detailed categories covering scopes 1, 2, and 3. SMEs are not yet required but can voluntarily complete a simplified BEGES.
