IPCC (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change)

GIEC (Groupe d'experts intergouvernemental sur l'évolution du climat)

The IPCC is an intergovernmental body created in 1988, tasked with assessing scientific knowledge on climate change. Its reports are authoritative and guide international policies. The 6th report (2021-2023) confirms that human activities are unequivocally the cause of warming and that drastic emission reductions are necessary.
